Returns Policy

 

We want you to love your Mussen Purchase! But if for any reason there is an issue with it, we have flexible return options available to make sure your experience with us is amazing! If you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong colour/size, we will happily offer store credit (valid for 12months) for the item/s returned within 14days. In the unlikely case you have received a faulty or incorrect item/s, we will gladly refund the method of payment used. 

 

The Details

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items. All returns will be automatically processed for store credit; if an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order via email tocustomercare@mussen.com.au and an additional waiting period may apply. You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.

Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfil an exchange request.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we are unable to accept this item as a return and it will be returned to sender.

 

All sale items are finial.

 

Return Item Requirements

Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

- Items are returned within 14 days from date of purchase (14days from date of shippment for pre-orders)

The item has not been worn, washed or altered in any way.

- All tags, swing tags and care labels are still attached

- Undamaged or soiled

Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable. 

 

To Return your item:

1. Please use the returns form included in your original package or alternatively email customercare@mussen.com.au to receive a new from.

2. Email customercare@mussen.com.au to notify us of your return and receive your #RA number; please include the name you ordered with and your original order number printed on your invoice. Returns received without an #RA will not be accepted.

3. Send your return back to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method for all returns. Our return address is:

Unfortunately Mussen does not cover the cost of return shipping but if you are returning an item due to an error made by us please contact info@mussen.com.au and provide us with your details. 

It is recommended that you:

(1) Use a traceable delivery method for all returns and;

(2) Insure your delivery for safe return to Mussen Boutique so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.

(3) We do not accept cash on returns. 

 

International returns

For international returns, your items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. Because of longer shipping times internationally, we do not include shipping time in this 14 day period, so you will have ample time to return your item.

Please note that international returns that are not received in their original condition as per the first section of this returns policy will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders generally take 10-15 business days from the process of your order to the order arriving on your doorstep.  Occasionally some pre-orders can take up to 25 business days to reach you.  If a pre-order takes longer than our standard 15 business days you will be notified by the Mussen Boutique Customer Care team.  If you would like to cancel a pre-order you must contact customercare@mussen.com.au with in 14 days of placing your order to receive a refund.  All pre-orders that wished to be cancelled after 14days are refunded as a store credit only.  Once we receive your order to our warehouse we will notify you via email with your parcel tracking details.  Once your amazing new piece has reached you it has the standard return options available as listed above.
