All purchases are processed within 24hours of receiving payment. Items are generally received within 2-10 business days of shipment (10-15 business days for pre-order items). If you have not received your item within 10 business days of receiving shipping confirmation* please contact our customer care team.

All items being sent within Australia are sent via Australia Postal Services. All items are sent via registered post and you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number included once your item/s has left our warehouse. You are able to track your order at www.auspost.com.au/track. All postage fees are set at a flat rate of $12.00 AUD for Regular Post and $15.00 AUD for Express Post and are non-refundable.
All items are sent via Australian Pack and Track International post. We only send items in a regular registered satchel. We have a standard shipping rate of $30.00 AUD for all international orders. Please allow up to 20business days for international mail. All international customers will receive tracking information.
